Where to Dine During NYFW

New York Fashion Week is a marathon, not a sprint. The back-to-back shows are incredible and inspiring (if not exhausting), the energy backstage is palpable and the street-style outside will have you pouring over Phil Oh’s Instagram feed into the wee hours of the night. So where does one fuel-up and recharge in the midst of such beautiful chaos? We’ve narrowed the list of fashion’s favorite New York eateries to bring you your NYFW dining itinerary. The chances of spotting some serious style moments at these locals? Good to excellent.

8:00 AM: Breakfast at Dimes

Dimes is a place where you can find, as one NY Eater article so eloquently put it, “Beautiful People, Improbably Good Food…” Get the steel-cut oatmeal topped with brown butter and fruit for sustenance, plus a large—make it extra-large—coffee to go.

10:30 AM: Refuel at Juice Press

It’s hard to turn a corner without running into a Juice Press, but the one on Greenwich Avenue between 7th and 8th is conveniently located just a few steps from Milk Studios. Anything green from the refrigerator will be just what you need to make it through the next few shows (trust us).

1:00 PM: Lunch at Jack’s Wife Freda

A favorite of Man Repller’s Leandra Medine’s—and for good reason. Since at this point you’re probably pretty hungry, we suggest the grilled eggplant baguette with a side of couscous. Tack on a glass of wine if you’re feeling so inclined.

4:30 PM: Snack at Momofuku Milk Bar

Thanks to Karlie Kloss, cookies (er, Kookies) are totally fashun. Grab a Klossie for a pick-me-up that satisfies your sweet-tooth and helps support the FEED Project.

8 PM: Dinner at Co.

Located on 9th Avenue, Co. is the perfect place to wine, er, wind down after a long day running between shows. All of the gourmet pizzas are incredible. You cannot go wrong with any order, but the classic Margharita is a personal favorite and one you won’t regret.
