Sisters and fitness experts Kerry and Krista Knee launched Toronto-based Flirty Girl Fitness in 2005, focusing on sexy, dynamic workouts for women. Since then, their empire has expanded to include a Chicago location, successful fitness DVD collection, and, most recently, Flirty Girl Fitness LIVE, an online class destination.
